Refund-Policy

At TimonToons, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Timing of Refund Requests

  1. If you wish to request a refund before your order has entered the production process, please contact us immediately at info@timontoons.store . We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  2. If your order is already in production, we cannot offer a refund as resources have been allocated to create your customized product.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting us at info@timontoons.store with a description and photos of the issue.

  2. Once we have reviewed and approved your refund request, please send the product back to the return address on the package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it matches the reported issue. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These may include sale items, gift cards, or personalized items. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
